Veterns’ Day Remembrance, In Columbia’s historic cemetery at 11 am, the Columbia Foot Dragoons explain the significance of Veterans Day and how it came into being, and fire a single volley. For more information, call 209-536-1672.

Veterans Parade – The Veterans Day Parade in downtown Modesto is organized by local vets to honor fellow veterans’ service to this country. The community supports this event with marching bands, classic cars and other community groups participating in the parade. Veterans’ Day Parade Returns on 11/11/11.  The 3rd Annual Veterans’ Day Parade returns to historic Main Street in Jackson on Friday, November 11, at 10:00 a.m.  Organized by local American Legion Post 108, the parade pays tribute to those who have served our country in the military.  Get on your red, white and blue and come enjoy this hometown favorite!

Friday November 11, 2011 Starting at 11 AM with a  special ceremony and presentation of the colors by the Vietnam Veteran’s of American.      

 Upon Arrival All Veteran’s can check in at Player Club for commemorative pin and tournament sign up
