On Sunday the 6th CVRC's radio control rock crawling competition occurred in Knights Ferry park. Approximately thirty people attended this day long event. Many different types of rock crawlers were there from scale crawlers (look like real vehicles), ready to crawl (come assembled and ready to run), to full custom rock rigs (home-built crawler with amazing capabilities). If you are interested in competing or would like to know more about RC rock crawling, you can contact the local hobby shop, Amos Hobbies and Raceway at (209)532-6316 or stop by at 659 Sanguinetti Road in Sonora.
