Soon our local and well loved coffee shop, Snaps, will be closing their doors. Stop by and say hi and good-bye.

Snaps has new hours

Snap's has new hours! Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday they are open from 6AM to 12PM, serving breakfast only. Tuesday they are closed. Friday and Saturday and they are open from 7AM to 3PM, serving breakfast and lunch. Sunday they are open from 8AM to 3PM, serving breakfast and linch as well! Snaps has a lot to offer. They serve coffee, full breakfast, beers on tap, and fun games. Also, they have all sports jerseys on sale. What a great Christmas present! Go to Snaps!!

Welcome the New Owners of Snaps!!

Please join us for Friday Night Flights on Friday, August 17 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.  Wendy Hughes will be here from Chatom Vineyards to pour their latest offerings and it's a chance to meet the new owners of Snap's, Steve and Keri Apodaca.  Danny Burton will be here providing the music and there will be some munchies, as well.  A tasting of five different Chatom vintages are $8.00 and a glass of your favorite is $8.00.  A perfect way to spend a warm Town Square evening.

Snaps will be open for 'Coyote Hill' concert in the park

Snaps will gladly be serving your favorite coffee, beers and wines during the first of the season Calaveras Arts Council Music in the Parks in Town Square featuring 'Coyote Hill' June 13, 2012 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

Snaps features winemaker Chuck Hovey for wine tasting tonight 2-17-12

Gianelli Vineyards and their winemaker Chuck Hovey will be at Snap's on Friday, February 17.  Vintages with romantic names  like Vermentino, Fiano, Aglianico, Montepulciano and Nino will be offered for tastings.  This will be the first time we have had the opportunity to taste the Italian varietals offered by this winery. It is a beautiful extension of Valentine's Day.  

The event will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Danny Burton will be there playing his acoustic guitar and there will be complimentary hors d'oeuvres.  A flight of five tastings will be offered at $8.00 and a glass of your favorite will be $8.00.  The weather seems to be holding up, so come enjoy the fireside, the music, the wine and the shops of Town Square.

Twisted Oak Winery at Snaps TONIGHT!!!! 1-13-12

The Twisted Oak winemaker, Brett, will be pouring his favorite vintages on Friday, January 13 at Snap's Coffee House and Wine Bar.  The evening will begin at 5:00pm and go until 8:00pm and we will offer a flight of five tastings for $8.00 and a glass of your favorite will be $8.00.  there will be music and complimentary munchies.  The weather continues to be dry and beautiful.  Come out and enjoy it while it lasts.
