Saturday
night, 10-12-13, Town Square was full of energy thanks to Jim Anderson and the
Rebels.
The Rebels were invited by Reese
Entertainment to come and entertain the Copperopolis community and its
surrounding areas at Town Square. With their catchy tribute to the early years of
Elvis, they certainly accomplished their main goal.
When asked where they are from,
Anderson and his fellow band members replied, “We are all from Modesto and Manteca.”
This band enjoys performing both Elvis tributes and sometimes even
country.
Jim Anderson, the lead singer said,
“Elvis died at 42 and I started at 42.” All five band members, Jim Anderson,
Mick Yamo, Kevin Pallotta, Frank Mussicci, and Tom “Fingers” Farnsworth, all come
together to bring back the King of Rock and Roll and to get Copperopolis up on their
feet.
