Approximately 35 people were in attendance for the somber ceremony.
The posting of the colors, the lone table honoring those who have yet to return home, the 21 gun salute and the playing of taps, all contributed to the emotions playing throughout the crowd. The thousand yard stare clearly visible on the faces of
those who served, as memories seemingly replayed in their minds while the last
notes of taps disappeared on the evening air.
The message of the evening, never forget.
