The efforts are to support specialized padding for mammogram machines (which they have already had put in place in Sonora) and for the Susan G Komen 3-Day walk-a-thon to raise awareness and funding for breast cancer research. For more information about the 3-Day event CLICK HERE.
What began as a grass roots effort for the fund raising duo has turned into so much more for these two as through fund raising and meeting the many people breast cancer has touched the lives of, they too have decided to join a walk for the cure.
