Suchanya, called Annie for short, attended four years of college in Thailand and then went on to work for four more years in the spa industry specializing in facials and eyelash extensions. It didn't take long for Annie to realize she wanted to be her own boss to reach people with her touch and her experience.
Now in America Annie has realized her dream. She was required to attend another year of schooling, repeating much of what she already knew, to become licensed in California. "This was a good experience, I was able to practice my English." Said Annie. Though her English is broken she is not concerned, "I use my mind to take care of clients" not necessarily her words.
Suchanyas Day Spa offers facials for exfoliation, age treatment, acne, sensitive skin, back skin care and microderm abrasion. Also on the menu is eyelash extensions, therapy massage, waxing, and professional make-up application.
Suchany's carries exclusively the Dermalogica brand of skin care products as well as professional make-up by Coastal Scents.
The grand opening of the day spa is May 4, 2013 during the Copper Car Show.
