The funds raised that evening are slated for a building fund. The VFW would sincerely like to have their own building to hold meetings, events and functions. VFW meeting halls are historically a place where any VFW veteran from any post can stop in and mingle with like minded people - those who have been there, seen what they have seen, and will not judge.
The VFW Post 12118's next community event will be the Memorial Day Flag raising ceremony at 10 am at the Coperopolis Cemetery.
