The
Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Department is asking for assistance in
locating Nicole Marie Diverty. She is a 29 year old
white female, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’03” and weighs approx. 107
pounds. She is wanted on Felony charges of Burglary, and misdemeanor
charges of Theft.
Please
note that Nicole Marie Diverty is being sought to face these
charges in court. She has not been convicted of these offenses.
