Mark Twain Graduates 94 Students, 6-2-11

On the beautiful evening of June 2, 2011, Mark Twain Union Elementary School held their 8th graduation amidst a sea of parents, friends, relatives and well wishers.
As the 94 graduates awaited their diplomas, they were delivered adresses, well wishes and ultimately were entertained by an educational rap written and performed by none other than their history teacher for the past two years - Mr Airola.
The Salutatorian address was made by Copperopolis resident Alexis Braly. Spoken with passion, sincerity and confidence; she captivated the audience.
The Valedictorian address was made by Karly Kuntz delivering a message of hope and good luck to the graduates.

President's Education Awards:
Top 95%- Karly Kuntz, Alexis Braly, Katherine Houle, Jerrod Wagner, Sydney Davis, Trenton Bennett
Acheivement - Marianna Baron, Jay Prastor

Congratulations graduates...you are now TADPOLES!!!
(The Bret Harte High School Mascot is the Bullfrog. Typically the incoming freshman are referred to by upper classmen as tadpoles.)
