In late July 2014 N3 Real Estate of Southlake,
Texas issued a press release regarding the purchase of land at 3502
Spangler Lane, Copperopolis, to begin construction on a new 8,320 square
foot Family Dollar Store, with a completion date expected to be early
2015.
On September 4, 2014 Kevin Evans, Director of Construction with
Halferty Development Company, the company hired to construct the Family
Dollar Store, met with representatives from PG&E in the vacant lot
to start the proverbial ball rolling. By early October the ground was broken, now October 22, 2014 we can see the plan take shape.
