At 3:15 3-16-13 a head on collision was called in on 108 near O'Byrnes Ferry of a morocycle versus vehicle.
By 4:32 pm the accident was confirmed as a fatality. Other injured parties are en route to Doctors Medical Hospital in Modesto where CHP has been dispatched to followup on the investigation there collecting ID's and extent of injuries.
