St. Patrick's Church Raising Funds to Save their Copper Church

St. Patrick’s Catholic Church is holding a Corvette Raffle with the maximum of 800 tickets to be sold at $100 each.  A little over 500 have been sold right now so the odds of winning are really good.  The drawing will be held on Sunday, August 7th. 

This Parish is located in Angels Camp with 3 satellite churches because our area is so spread out.  One of those is right here in Copperopolis and Mass is set up at the Poker Flat Community Hall every Sunday at 8:30 am. 

We have a wonderful community here in Copper and wish to keep our mission church; however, funding for this and the other mission churches could be in jeopardy if we do not raise some pretty good size money.  The Goal for this year:  $50,000.  

We did a corvette raffle many years ago in our previous town, Morgan Hill, and not only has it has continued to raise a lot of money for the church there, but has created an even bigger community who every year enjoys participating.
