DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PST TUESDAY BELOW 1500 FEET... THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SACRAMENTO HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PST TUESDAY FOR THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SACRAMENTO VALLEY... NORTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AND SIERRA FOOTHILLS BELOW 1500 FEET. * VISIBILITY: VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE ESPECIALLY BETWEEN ABOUT 500 AND 1500 FEET. ISOLATED AREAS WILL REACH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY. * TIMING: THE DENSE FOG WILL LAST THROUGH LATE MORNING TUESDAY BEFORE VISIBILITY BEGINS TO IMPROVE. *
