Frank from Cruisers has gone missing - please help

Help us find Frank! On Monday July 1st, in the evening someone took our Frank. Frank is an icon of Cruisers Ice Cream Parlor. Frank is there to greet all of you as you arrive as Cruisers with his ketchup salute. Frank is here to celebrate: birthdays, Christmas, Easter with his bunny ears, Halloween in costumes, and all the graduates.
Please help us find him so he can be returned to Cruisers.
