FEE - $16 for each immunization
Effective October 1, 2012, due to changes in federal vaccine eligibility, the Public
Health Department can no longer provide vaccine [including Tdap] to:
- Children and adults with private insurance unless vaccines are not covered
- Children with Healthy Families Program coverage
- Seniors with Medicare Part D coverage
- Adults [18 years and older] with Medi-Cal coverage
Children up to18 years of age with Medi-Cal may continue to receive vaccines.
Flu vaccine will continue to be available to all persons without restriction.
NO ONE WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE VACCINIE IS DENIED BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO PAY.
Parent or legal guardian must come with children under 18 years.
