In Loving Memory - Sandy Rollings has sadly passed away

SANDY ROLLINGS
July 18, 1936 – October 23, 2014

Sandy Rollings, 78 years young and a Copperopolis resident of more than 20 years, passed away October 23, 2014. 
            Sandy was born on July 18, 1936 in Santa Barbara, California, to Rubye Mae Rogerson and Albert C. Wade.  Sandy devoted her life to family, friends and community in everything from preschool teacher, team mom, church choir, and a Rebekah of the IOOF.  While in Copperopolis, she was involved in several service organizations including the Copperopolis Community Center as board member and current Board President.  Married to Cliff Rollings, also of Santa Barbara, their 60 years of marriage began on her 18th birthday.  Together they raised two sons, and have four grandchildren plus one great granddaughter. 
            She is survived by her husband, Cliff Rollings, her son David and his wife Mindy, her son Don and his wife, Maggie, grandson Christopher with his wife Gina and their daughter Savannah; grandson Chase and wife Megan, grandson Levi and granddaughter Pearl.
            A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th at 11 am in the Armory at 695 O’Byrnes Ferry Road in Copperopolis followed by a reception.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Copperopolis Community Center, P.O. Box 4, Copperopolis, CA 95228 are greatly appreciated.
