Congressman
Tom McClintock represents the Copperopolis area in Congress, and is
inviting all constituents to a town hall meeting. The Congressman will
make brief remarks on the state of national
and international affairs, and then take questions from the audience.
The meeting will be held Thursday, August 7, 6:00 PM at the Copperopolis armory, 695 Main Street.
Congressman
Tom McClintock was elected in November 2008 to represent the 4th
Congressional District in the United States Congress. Rep. McClintock is
the Chairman
of the Water and Power Subcommittee of the House Natural Resources
Committee, and is a member of the Budget Committee and the Natural
Resources Committee. He is also a member of the Subcommittee on
National Parks, Forests, and Public Lands.
