22, of Sprague, Wash., died June 9 in Gaza Village, Afghanistan, of wounds caused by aircraft friendly fire. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colo.
