CALFIRE Increases staffing - not for Tuolumne or Calaveras Counties

Due to unseasonably high temperatures and low rainfall, CalFire has hired 125 supplemental firefighters and has extended seasonal forces in Southern California. In addition the Chico air attack base has also been reopened.

The Tuo/Cal Unit will not see any of these additional personnel. The breakdown is as follows:
