Gov signs more bills

SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced that he has signed the following bills.

• AB 74 by the Committee on Budget – Human services.
• AB 75 by the Committee on Budget – Alcohol and drug programs.
• AB 82 by the Committee on Budget – Health.
• AB 85 by the Committee on Budget – Health and human services.
• AB 89 by the Committee on Budget – Developmental services.
• AB 92 by the Committee on Budget – State government.
• AB 98 by the Committee on Budget – Property insurance: Seismic Safety Account.
• AB 110 by Assemblymember Robert Blumenfield (D-Woodland Hills) – Budget Act of 2013.
• ABX1 1 by Assemblymember John PĂ©rez (D-Los Angeles) – Medi-Cal: eligibility.
• SB 71 by the Committee on Budget – State government.
• SB 73 by the Committee on Budget – Energy: Proposition 39 implementation.
• SB 74 by the Committee on Budget – Corrections.
• SB 75 by the Committee on Budget – Courts.
• SB 76 by the Committee on Budget – Public safety.
• SB 78 by the Committee on Budget – Public health: Medi-Cal managed care plan taxes.
