Saddle Creek Resort Announces Special ‘March Madness’ Golf Packages

(COPPEROPOLIS, Calif.) – Saddle Creek Resort – the Castle & Cooke golf community in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Calaveras County – announces its new ‘March Madness’ golf packages.

Through March 31, enjoy 18 holes of golf on the acclaimed Carter Morrish-designed course for only $75 per person. The rate is available seven days a week and includes golf cart and range balls.

A stay-and-play package is also available with accommodations in Saddle Creek’s luxurious course-side bungalows for $129 per person, per night. This option includes golf cart and range balls, as well as a $25 resort credit that may be redeemed anywhere on property.

“The overnight package offers exceptional value and is perfect for golfers making the drive from Sacramento or the Bay Area,” says Bob Higgins, General Manager. “The bungalows feature all the modern comforts of home with panoramic views of the golf course and surrounding hillsides.”

Situated along the first and ninth holes, they are equipped with a full kitchen and dining area, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a living room with cozy fireplace and satellite TV. Saddle Creek’s miles of hiking and biking trails are steps away from the cottages.

Not to be missed, Saddle Creek is widely recognized for its award-winning cuisine at the Copper Grille – located in the clubhouse and featuring more than 500 wines including the highly-praised local Petit Syrah.

Packages are exclusive of taxes, gratuities, and other charges unless otherwise noted, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Advance reservations required. Offer valid for groups of eight or fewer.
