  AMADOR COUNTY...
  CALAVERAS COUNTY...
  EL DORADO COUNTY...
  EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN NEVADA COUNTY...
  PLACER COUNTY...
  SACRAMENTO COUNTY...
  SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY...
  STANISLAUS COUNTY...
  SOUTHERN SUTTER COUNTY...
  TUOLUMNE COUNTY...
  YOLO COUNTY...
  EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN YUBA COUNTY...

* AT 614 AM PST RADAR REPORTS AND GROUND STATION GAGES INDICATED
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING INTO THE AREA FROM THE NORTH AS A
STRONG COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES WILL
BE POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT 6 HOURS WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
LIKELY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

URBAN FLOODING HAS AND WILL CONTINUE TO OCCUR THROUGH THE MORNING
HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
