A Thank You from a Reader

Dear Copper Gazette,
I wanted to take the time to thank you for the story of the Benson Bench & also to work horse John Howsden for writing the story. John also does a lot of volunteer work in the community so its no surprise he is some how involved in this. With all the gloom and doom in the news theses days it was refreshing to see a story of a young man and his family working hard to improve the community and at the same time achieve a goal (Eagle Scout). Pres. Kennedy's quote "ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country" is well known but examples of Kennedy's quote are sometimes hard to find. Just think if everyone in the community did something so basic to help improve it. Thank you to past and present volunteers of the community your service does not go un-noticed thank you for making the place we live in a better community.
