Little John Road Trash clean up with a smile

The Women's Club of Saddle Creek adopted the Little John extension many years ago as their little slice of Copperopolis to keep litter free.

On Thursday July 27, 2012 the Copper Gazette caught some of the do-gooders cleaning our roads.

Thank you ladies!

The woman were quick to point out that though it was adopted by the women's club "it is the Saddle Creek Community" that comes out to clean. They also expressed concern over the amount of cigarette butts collected and the negative impact that could have on the dry acres of grass.
