Are you financially ready for your child to go to public high school?

Due to many budget cuts to school systems, many costs of items that once were supplied by the school district has now become the burden of the parent of the high school child.

Costs incurred within the first weeks of attending Bret Harte High School, some voluntary some mandatory, are as follows:

PE Clothing (mandatory) $20.00
Bus Pass (required for many) $150.00
Parking pass (required for vehicles) $5.00
Pictures $39 to $79
Yearbook  $70.00
ASB sticker (student id sticker for sporting events home admission and discounts at dances) $40.00
Home Game sporting passes (family of four to twelve games other option available) $100.00
This price list does not include workbooks that some teachers require and the basic necessities of schooling, binder, paper, etc.
