On 10-2-11 at approximately 8:10 pm Deputy Alan Serpa arrested Emmett Cleveland James Jr., a 33 year old Valley Springs man, at the corner of Daphne and Myrtle Streets in Valley Springs for an outstanding misdemeanor probation violation.
