Hi, Quilters--

  • Accent 2:  one-third (1/3) yard darker asian print or solid color
  • Binding:  one-half (1/2) yard (suggestion:  match or same as accent 2 fabric? or background fabric)
  • Backing:  4 yards
  • Blocks:  asian print--will need 100 four-inch squares (= appx 5 fat quarters*) and 25 three-inch squares (= appx 1 fat quarter*)
  • Blocks (center square):  asian print--will need 25 *you will want a variety of these squares in a range of colors.  also note that one fat quarter will yield approximately 20 four-inch squares.  so...six fat quarters should be what you need for the squares that go into the blocks.
