Citizens Redistricting Commission Releases First Draft Political Maps

The new Citizens Redistricting Commission released first draft political maps of the Congressional, Senate, Assembly and Board of Equalization districts on June 10. These draft maps can be found on the Commission’s website through the following links:

The Redistricting Commission Wants to Hear from You!
The Commission will hold another series of public input hearings around the state to receive feedback on the first draft of the maps. The second drafts will be released on or around July 12 with the final drafts on July 28 after receiving public testimony. Our region will have the opportunity to provide comment on what we do or do not like about the new draft maps at a public hearing in Sacramento on June 28. Make sure your voice is heard!
