SACRAMENTO VALLEY...AND NORTHERN SIERRA
NEVADA FOOTHILLS INCLUDING THE MOTHERLODE.
* WINDS: INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH THIS MORNING. GUSTS UP TO 45
  MPH POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THROUGH MIDDAY. STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THIS
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS: LOCAL POWER OUTAGES POSSIBLE. DIFFICULT DRIVING
  CONDITIONS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND GUSTS OF 40 MPH OR HIGHER ARE
EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT. POWER
OUTAGES ARE ALSO POSSIBLE FROM FALLING LIMBS AND BRANCHES.
