What is agritourism?
Agricultural tourism is a commercial enterprise at a working farm, ranch or agricultural plant conducted for the enjoyment or education of visitors, and that generates supplemental income for the owner.
Agritourism can include Christmas tree farms, U-Pick berry farms, farm tours, pumpkin patches, hunting and fishing, and more, all designed to entertain the visitor yet generate supplemental income for the farm/business itself. Many of the sites offer dinners and visitor packages, all with the visitor's wants in mind.
